PROJECT:
Repair Damaged Bucket
     This bucket loader had broken the bucket in the middle of a job. I repaired the bucket on site and it was ready to be put back into service.




PROJECT:
Design and Erect an Adjustable Digging Shield.
 
     This digging shield is made from 4"x4"x1/2" square tube. It can be adjusted from 9'x9' up to 14'x14'. It can also open to any rectangle size between 9 and 14 feet in one foot or 6 inch increments. The bow is held open by 1 1/4" pins and has a 5/8 lifting ring at each corner with 1/4" gussets for added support. This box is six foot high but can be fabricated to any size or shape. This particular box is used with ps 27.5 sheeting 12' long.

PROJECT:
Non Motorized Sifter
     This is a heavy duty soil sifter screen w/ 3/4x 5 ribs. It's 11 foot high and 10 feet wide but this can be custom built to any size.
PROJECT:
Excavator Repair
     It might be a little hard to tell what this is but it is actually the lower portion of an excavator where the tracks are joined to the machine. (Notice the track just to the right in the picture). The two arms that hold the track broke and needed to be rebuilt.
